Rush Turn-Around Fee – $95.00
- I acknowledge there is a $95.00 per unit fee for Rush Turn-Around. I understand the fee is waived for warranty items and if parts lead time is > 48 hours beyond receipt date of RMA. (USA ONLY – additional fees may apply to non-USA parts/customers/orders)
Rush Turn-Around Fee – $95.00 + current exchange rate
- I acknowledge there is a $95.00 + current exchange rate, per unit fee for Rush Turn-Around. I understand the fee is waived for warranty items and if parts lead time is > 48 hours beyond receipt date of RMA. (USA ONLY – additional fees may apply to non-USA parts/customers/orders)
Optional PO
This PO will only be used for tracking purposes. You will only be charged on this PO when we receive a written approval from you for repairs.
Acknowledgements*
- I hereby acknowledge, by submitting this request, that Horner is not responsible for any user programs, MicroSD cards, and/or third-party hardware on the unit(s) being submitted for RMA. It is the responsibility of the user to backup all user programs and associated data prior to shipping an RMA unit.
- I hereby acknowledge there is a $95.00 per unit evaluation fee. I understand the fee is waived for warranty items. Evaluation fee will be applied as credit toward total cost of any repairs. (USA ONLY – additional fees may apply to non-USA parts/customers/orders)
