Stephanie Clapper, Business Development Coordinator

Stephanie Clapper serves as Business Development Coordinator at Horner Automation, supporting channel development and strategic growth across the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, and Eastern Asia. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales and Marketing, from the University of Indianapolis School of Business and has been with Horner since 2012. Stephanie works closely with manufacturer representatives, distributors, and system integrators to expand market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and grow brand awareness. She also supports Horner’s Zoho platform development across CRM, Technical Support, and Marketing systems. As a new member of AHTD, Stephanie is currently participating in the organization’s Future Leaders Program (FLP), further demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and industry leadership. Don Clutterbuck, OCS360 and AI Business Development

Don Clutterbuck is the Business Development Manager for OCS360 at Horner Automation, where he leads the go-to-market strategy for the company’s cloud-based IIoT platform. Don earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University and began his career as a Fire Control Specialist supporting U.S. Navy frigates for a defense contractor. He later spent approximately 30 years with Power/mation, serving in a variety of technical and leadership roles before joining Horner Automation to help drive the company’s digital transformation initiatives.

With more than 40 years of experience in industrial automation, Don has built a career helping manufacturers improve productivity through innovative control and information technologies. His experience spans engineering, technical sales, sales management, and business development, giving him a unique ability to bridge the gap between complex automation technologies and practical business solutions. Tom Filipek, Business Development Manager

Tom Filipek has been in the Industrial Automation business for over 43 years. Over this time, he has had a variety of roles, including Consulting Engineering for water and wastewater municipalities across the United States. He also has over 10 years in Industrial Automation distribution, as a PLC support person, PLC manager and director of advanced products (PLC, HMI, Software, Industrial PC’s, Vision, Sensors, Motion); and as an independent manufactures’ representative and Business Development Manager representing Turck, Banner Engineering, Exlar, AMC, PULS power supplies, and Horner APG.

His years as a Horner employee include being a Regional Sales Manager, Technology Development Manager and Business Development Manager.  He currently works with our RSM’s and channel partners across the United States for onboard training and new product rollouts. Contact Now

Jakub Kwiatkowski, European Distribution Manager

Jakub Kwiatkowski is the European Distribution Manager for Horner Automation. He is responsible for developing and supporting the company’s distribution network across Europe. With more than 17 years of experience in industrial automation, he has held technical, product management, and international sales leadership roles, helping machine builders, system integrators, and distribution partners grow their business. He holds an M.Sc. in Automation and Robotics and an Executive MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. Jakub combines a strong technical background with a practical business approach, focusing on building long-term partnerships and bringing automation solutions closer to customers across the European market. Cody Olson, Regional Sales Manager

Cody Olson is the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Horner Industrial’s Automation Group, supporting customers and distribution partners throughout the Southeastern United States. With 8 years in industrial automation sales and customer relationship management, he is passionate about helping manufacturers and OEMs implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and reliability. Before joining Horner Industrial, he spent five years with Patlite USA Corporation, advancing from Inside Sales Representative to Southeast Regional Sales Manager, and earned his degree from Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
