The CPU250 modular controller brings powerful control and flexible input and output options together in one easy-to-install device, perfect for a wide range of industrial applications. With built-in Ethernet and USB connectivity, you can easily connect and manage your equipment. It is engineered for dependable performance in tough environments, operating smoothly in extreme temperatures. Whether you’re building new machines or upgrading existing systems, the CPU250 delivers the reliability and flexibility you need to keep your operations running efficiently—all in a space-saving design.

The CPU200 bundles the same features and specifications as the CPU250, but without the built-in I/O points. Its robust design, intuitive programming environment, and scalable architecture make the Micro CPU200 the perfect choice for OEMs, system integrators, and industrial engineers looking to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. (The CPU200 is ‘built-to-order’ and may have longer lead times)

The CPU300 is a true all-in-one machine controller, with its single application program including functionality for Logic Control, I/O, HMI and Networking. The CPU300 is also truly modular, with the addition of snap-on OCS-I/O modules for sensor/actuator connection and HMI Connect touchscreen components for operator interface.

HE959CPU200 – No I/O. Expandable with up to 7 additional OCS-I/O modules. Includes (2) Din-Rail Stops.

HE959CPU250 – Includes 8 DC In, 10 DC Out, 8 Flexible (Digital or Analog mA/V) Inputs, and 8 Analog Out (4 x mA, 4 x V). Expandable with up to 7 additional OCS-I/O modules. Includes (2) Din-Rail Stops.

HE959CPU300 – CPU with Canvas capabilities, no built-in I/O. Local 2.2” display with support for remote HMI Connect and Advanced High-Bright IP67 displays

The Modular Controllers are compatible with the Horner OCS-I/O Series and the HMI Connect Displays*.

• The CPU200 and CPU250 offer Serial, Ethernet, and CAN communications available as standard
• They include support for WebMI (opt) that can be used as a remote interface
• They feature a USB-C programming port
• They can easily be expanded with up to 7 OCS-I/O modules locally
* HMI Connect touchscreens are an option for the CPU300, available in 4″, 7″, 10″ and 15″ Resistive Touch displays (IP65 rated), as well as 7″ and 10″ Advanced LCD with PCAP Touchscreen (IP67 rated) for outdoor applications, and require absolutely no setup or configuration.
