CLOUD-BASED VISUALIZATION

OCS360 dashboards offer an intuitive drag-and-drop interface with a diverse widget library, allowing real-time data visualization of data received from OCS devices using MQTT protocol. Users can customize layouts, display device values and attributes. It also allows users to integrate advanced rule engine functionalities for rule-driven actions. With responsive design, sharing options and interactive widget features, these dashboards empower users to create dynamic visualizations and analyze historical data.

REMOTE CONNECTIVITY*

The OCS360’s remote connectivity securely facilitates the connection of Cscape for remote troubleshooting, program and firmware upgrades and WebMI pages seamlessly over the cloud. Remote connectivity will utilize end-to-end encryption, ensuring that data transferred between devices, servers, and laptops (PCs) is fully encrypted. Additionally, only certified devices will have access to connect to the server.

HOW IS HORNER UTILIZING AI?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) encompasses machines that emulate human-like intelligence. Within AI, key subcategories include machine learning and deep learning. Machine learning involves algorithms that learn from data, while deep learning utilizes neural networks. Horner Automation is advancing AI with machine learning solutions for enhancing PID coefficient autotuning, and deep learning solutions for optimizing building management, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection. Additionally, large language models such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT are being leveraged in the development of an AI-driven
tech support chatbot.

AI-ASSISTED PID COEFFICIENT AUTOTUNING
At present, Horner customers have two choices for implementing PID control algorithms in their systems: manual coefficient tuning, or automated Ziegler-Nichols coefficient tuning. Horner Automation aims to enhance these options by integrating machine learning algorithms with the existing automated Ziegler-Nichols coefficient tuning method. This combined approach seeks to further refine results and generate PID coefficients for more stable control algorithms.

PREDICTIVE ANOMALY-BASED ALARMING
Introducing Predictive Anomaly-Based Alarming from Horner Automation – a cutting-edge solution being developed to revolutionize the way you monitor and maintain your systems. Harnessing the power of advanced neural networks, our product learns to identify anomalies in real-time data, whether it be current, temperature, pressure, or other critical metrics. By continuously comparing data to an observed average state, it detects deviations that could indicate potential issues. Once an anomaly is identified, the system promptly alerts users through customizable alarm methods including SMS, email, or physical alarms. AI-DRIVEN TECH SUPPORT CHATBOT
Horner Automation is developing a technical support chatbot using OpenAI’s ChatGPT. This chatbot will provide efficient and personalized assistance to our customers, powered by advanced natural language processing. Our customer support team will continue to provide assistance and answer calls, with the use of this technical support chatbot being entirely optional for customers. This is another tool that Horner will offer to expand our customer support options.
