Automate 2026 – Chicago, Illinois
Horner Automation will be showcasing our NEW EtherNet/IP Scanner, CPU151, and CPU300 with HMI Connect Displays at Automate 2026. We will be hosting LIVE Product & Software Demos, Monday-Wednesday, at 11 am, 12, 1, 2, and 3 pm – stop by BOOTH #4303 (South Hall) to watch our Demo(s) and be entered to win a CPU151 modular controller!
Horner’s EtherNet/IP Scanner is a new feature now included as standard in our Canvas Collection of OCS All-in-one Controllers and our CPU300. For the first time this allows Horner controllers to control an EtherNet/IP network, the industrial network with the largest installed base in North America.
Our CPU300 is the flagship of our OCS Modular family, a product line which combines Logic, I/O, Networking and Graphics in a single run-time application – but with the I/O and Touchscreen components completely modular. The touchscreen display family – HMI Connect – is the only industrial product based on FPD-link, an automotive standard providing video, touch, and power in a single rugged cable. Six HMI Connect models are available, with construction options from traditional factory-mount to rugged outdoor, sunlight viewable options.
Premiering at Automate is the upcoming CPU151, also part of the OCS Modular family. This product represents the new low-cost entry point for Horner – but is far from entry-level in functionality. The CPU151 is IIoT Edge-Device capable WITH full logic control using Horner’s standard Cscape 10 Application development software. For control, 18 I/O points are included as standard – including Digital, Analog, and High-speed Counting. For IIoT, Wi-Fi and wired LAN ports are both included – along with the most common industrial and IIoT protocols.
